For more than 30 years, I have worked across FMCG, BFSI and Cooperative Societies. Over these decades, one truth became clear to me:
Most people have talent… but very few have the right guidance, mindset and systems to turn that talent into income, career growth and a happy life.
My purpose is to bridge this gap — especially for fresh graduates, Co-operative societies, BFSI agents and working professionals who want clarity, confidence and a sustainable growth path.
Today, as the CEO of a Multi-State Credit Cooperative Society, I guide individuals using the same principles I help and support the management, to lead teams, manage business operations, create wealth for families and build growth-focused organisations.

- Early Career – Versalite Sales Person
I began my professional life in field sales — learning human psychology, customer behaviour, communication and discipline. These years taught me:

- How to persuade ethically
- How to manage rejection & pressure
- How to build long-term customer relationships
These skills became the foundation of everything I teach today.
- Human Resource Relationship Management
I founded a professional HR consulting firm, recruiting and training thousands of candidates for Co-operative Socieites, BFSI, Retail and Service industries.
I personally helped:
- Fresh graduates find their first jobs
- BFSI, Co-operative Society agents start their careers
- Sales teams get trained for performance
- Societies, Companies identify the right talent
This phase gave me deep clarity about what the industry wants vs. what people actually know.
